Simply awesome and powerful tool to use for Gmail.

Comentarios:My overall experience is very good and usage of this tool has made my work experience lighter and productive.

Puntos a favor:

I liked the simple setup and use of this app feature into Gmail. Company wide use is very much appreciable since we can setup auto replies and customised mail queries to particular users. The calendar feature is also very helpful in setting up reminders and get notified.

Puntos en contra:

The features provided by Boomerang are merely sufficient and rest features are already available in Gmail, so it's least likely to dislike anything about this application.

Boomerang is great if you don't have a email sending software already.

Comentarios:Boomerang was a life-saver before send later features became native and I highly recommend it to those folks who have a few emails they want to schedule each month and don't use Gmail.

Puntos a favor:

I started using boomerang before send later features were common in Gmail, etc. It was a lifesaver back then to be able to schedule emails out for early in the morning or late at night. It was a pretty small use-case in my day-to-day responsibilities but still something that would be invaluable every now and then.

Puntos en contra:

There were a few times where I would run up on my sending limit and had to wait out the month to send more emails which was frustrating. Beyond that, now that Gmail has this functionality natively - it's not very valuable for the work that I do. I imagine this can be a lot more useful for email clients that do not have the feature native.

Comentarios:Overall experience has been excellent. They added a read receipt feature that I also love.

I love Boomerang. It is so easy to use and helps me with my email management. I can choose when I need the email again because it archives my email until that time. It is the best inbox management tool I have seen.

I don't have anything negative I can say at this time. My experience has been all positive. It is an excellent tool.

Boomerang- Soon to be obsolete, but great right now.

Puntos a favor:

Boomerang was the perfect Gmail Add-on. When I installed in 2017 it had features I had never seen before. The Email scheduling tool was terrific, and the reminders worked flawlessly.

Puntos en contra:

On the other hand, in the new version of Gmail the reminders are built in, and I have heard that the email scheduling tool will be added later. Despite this news, I have continued to use Boomerang because of its simplicity and current feature set.

This is by far my favorite tool. So understated and simple, but vital to ensure nothing slips through the cracks. Sales is all about follow-up so this is basically my assistant <3

My only complaint is that I wish I could more easily use it between my work and personal email account. I currently have to login again every time I use it in the other email address.

Thanks to this app, i'm able to write all the mails at once, and rest the rest of the day.

Comentarios:I don't want my customers to know that i'm currently active on weekends. This app helps me to schedule emails and send them during the week. This frees me from having to deal with their answers and, in this way, complicate the weekend.

What I like most about boomerang is that allows me to schedule emails to be sent at specific days and time. By this way, I can work on weekends if I want, and schedule the email to be sent along the week in a very convenient time zone.The have a free account, which should be enough for some scenarios.Pricing is not that expensive.

Puntos en contra:

I'm currently using G Suite and Free boomerang account which allows to send 10 mails per month. That's short for me, and I will have to jump to PRO plan. There is a Personal plan which costs less money, but does not support G suite.

Addition to Boomerang for Google users

Comentarios:I have been utilizing Boomerang with my Gmail record, and it has been working incredible. Truth be told, it gives me such a great deal adaptability since I will in general work a ton during non-standard work hours. I have additionally being utilizing it a great deal to promote occasions and send updates about them (I would plan all impending updates at the same time, with the goal that I don't need to think and recollect about them later). The lone disadvantage...

- postponed messages - a capacity to alter/erase/reschedule your generally booked messages - extremely simple to introduce and utilize - it's anything but costly - a capacity to plan specific time when you might want to peruse your messages (I realize this component exists, yet I have never utilized it)

- a neglected form has an extremely predetermined number of messages each months that you can utilize, which won't be sufficient without a doubt. Thus, I can say that the product isn't free. - doesn't match up with an email confine the telephone (boomerang programming should be introduced and utilized freely from your telephone's email application) - plan

Free way to schedule emails

If you don't have a CRM that tracks emails this is the best way to schedule and track. Integrates seamlessly with Gmail.

Puntos en contra:

There is a limited amount of scheduled emails you get with the free version per month. After that you need to upgrade to a paid plan which would be worth it if you don't have a CRM already.

A life saver for scheduling emails

Comentarios:Boomerang allows me to work whenever I want to and to send emails when it most suits my business needs. It's a software I can rely on to send important correspondence at the correct time.

Puntos a favor:

I love how easy Boomerang makes it to schedule emails. I often work late at night and prefer to have my emails arrive first thing in the morning; with Boomerang I can sleep easy knowing that my emails will arrive at the intended time.

Puntos en contra:

I wish you could easily customize the automated "Schedule Send" times. Mine autopopulates with send "this morning" at 8 a.m. and "this afternoon" at 1 p.m. I wish I could set them to 7:30 a.m. and noon, for exavmple. You can of course input your own custom time, but it would save a little effort if you could customize the autopopulated times.

Comentarios:I've been using Boomerang for several years, and it has greatly improved my productivity, and my ability to get responses to my emails.

Being able to schedule emails, and have it remind you if you don't get a reply, helps keep you on track, and not let things fall through the cracks.

Puntos en contra:

One of the only cons that I have found is that the extension in Google Chrome can be a bit slow to load.

Boomerang has been a lifesaver for me.My favorite features are;Pause inbox - Sometimes I just want to find some info on my email real quick without being sucked in to the tunnel of unread emails, and what better way than to pause all incoming mails?Send Later - I can schedule when I want an email to go out.Boomerang if no reply - Sometimes I send an email then forget to follow up when there is no response. Boomerang now has my back.Return Conversation to inbox- For when I want to respond or work on something later.

At some point the Boomerang Respondable feature just stopped working, can they bring it back?

This tool keeps my inbox manageable! I use this tool 3-5 times per day, at least, to both remind myself of emails I want to circle back to or when I want to pause my inbox to focus.

Overall, it's an amazing tool! When I want to unpause the inbox, it's a little too many clicks, but that's a really small issue.

Boomerang is like having an assistant on your side to help you remember tasks, emails and conversations that need to be followed up on. I love how it's so easily integrated into my Gmail account!

The only con is that there have been a few times where my email didn't return to my primary inbox and that made it harder to find and actually be reminded by.

Comentarios:I have found Boomerang for Gmail to be a great tool for managing emails and scheduling messages. It has a range of features that make it easy to use, such as its Magic Live Calendar, Respondable AI-powered assistant, and Inbox Pause feature. Despite its cost, I would say that it is definitely worth it for anyone who needs to track emails and schedule messages.

Puntos a favor:

It allows me to track my emails and get instant notifications when they are delivered, opened, and clicked.

Puntos en contra:

It is a paid service, so it can be expensive depending on the plan you choose. Secondly, it only works with Gmail, so it won't be of use to those who use other email services.

Boomerang- the tool you NEED!

Comentarios:I use boomerang as an add on to gmail. As a student, I am often up late at night working. I use Boomerang to set up an email to deliver in advance, so I don’t commit the faux paus of emailing my professor at 3 in the morning!

Boomerang allows me to schedule emails in advance, particularly, when I’m working late at night, but don’t want to expose the recipient to my late night mailings. I’ve recommended Boomerang many times to other students

I don’t love how Boomerang sets an assumed time to send around two days in advance pretty much automatically. I think it should take you straight to a window where you select date and time once you press schedule message.

Great email too that's easy to use

I love boomerang for gmail. I use it all the time if I'm going away on vacation and want emails to be sent out while I'm away. I send out volunteer reminders and schedule them out ahead of time using boomerang, too. It's also nice to use the boomerang feature where you can have an email sent back to your inbox if there is no response. This helps me follow up with volunteers and coworkers on projects I'm trying to keep moving forward and reminds me when I need to keep something moving that I thought I passed off to someone else.

I do like that you are able to edit your future outgoing emails, but I don't like them being saved under a boomerang tab on gmail, it makes it hard to find, and I wish they could be saved in a more customized label.

Great addition to Gmail!

Easy to send delayed messages or send reminders. Can add read receipts to sent emails. Extremely easy to use and requires no training. Plug-ins for Google chrome for enhanced functionality.

There are no cons to this software, it's great!

Tricks my coworkers into thinking I never sleep

My industry is constantly moving 24/7 (and I'm receiving and working off of emails 24/7), but Boomerang helps me sleep easier knowing that I can still prompt business partners and coworkers to get things done even when I'm not awake myself to monitor them.

It's sometimes difficult/clunky/buggy to edit a message after you've set it, but otherwise, I have zero complaints!

Easy to use and simple. It's extremely useful if working with people internationally , so you can schedule messages to come to them at an appropriate local time. Also great for workflow management so you can have a messages return and catch those message that go unanswered.

It's not intuitive to use, you may need some instruction. They do have tutorials.

A great tool for productivity and managing your inbox - boomerang allows you to snooze any emails until later, returning them to your inbox when you think you'll want them, and also allows you to schedule email sends, so that you can have them arrive in the recipient's inbox at a suitable time

Nothing really, it does what it says above, and I can't fault it. Used the free version for a while, but happy enough to pay a few dollars per month for the service.

Game-changing for managing email flow

Boomerang allows detailed scheduling of email messages. It helps to maintain a professional image if you are working late or at weekends, for example. Email scheduling also means that emails can be scheduled for the times of day when the receiver is most likely to read and act on them. The pause inbox feature allows me to receive notifications only for the most important emails. Not least, I now also know whether sent email has been read.

The free version is limited to 10 emails a month.

E-mail scheduling with no frills and no fuss

Comentarios:I needed to schedule a series of gmail e-mails daily to a certain group and needed to be able to do so in advance. Boomerang makes it a snap to do that and always delivers like it should.

Puntos a favor:

Boomerang does exactly what I need when I need it to, it's easy to schedule and easy to edit scheduled messages as well. Everything was plug and play and nothing was difficult to get set up. I've had zero issues with it and use it daily.

Puntos en contra:

The interface is a little clunky, but it's such a small issue I don't count it in my appraisal of the product.
